Features
- Cutting shaft and circular blade are driven by A.C motor with inverter control, which is able to set RPM and running direction forward / reverse upon setting.
- Width setting is controlled by servo motor with ball screw and guide rails for precise movement.
- All functions operate under LCD touch panel control, which is user friendly for all data setting.
- Central system is controlled by PLC unit, all electrical devices conform to the latest European CE regulation for safety operation
- Knife feeding is controlled by servo motor and cutting speed is adjustable in 3 stages.
- Equipped with knife angle auto adjustment controlled by servo motor, cutting angle is adjustable from –8 to +8 degree per setting for making roll surface smoothly.
- Equipped with internal/external chuck, which is able to clamp big/small log rolls; the cutting shaft end supporter is also adjustable for this purpose.
- Equipped with auto knife grinding unit to keep knife bevel at constant sharpness, which saves large amount of time from taking blade off for maintenance.
- Connected safety cover to protect operator during the production.
